The wealth defense industry has its own cadre of tax & corporate attorneys; we want wealth redistributors to have their own. This hack strategizes, researches and drafts a curriculum for ethical attorneys working with equity-oriented clients and families invested in wealth redistribution. This will involve both focused legal research on concepts such as fiduciary duties, as well as interviews with tax, trust & estate law professors & professionals who are already doing key legal work to advance resource redistribution.
